"Exceptional"

The cabin is kept extremely clean and tidy (totally unexpected). All amenities are included. The owner couple is friendly. We were also served a warm welcome drink and desert surprisingly. I fall asleep with the sound of insects chirping.

"Great place to feel the nature"

Great place to stay away from people, close to nature. No mobile reception (I take that as a positive) Good wifi You go to bed listening to the melody of the forest. Friendly owners Good road leading to the place from the main roads. Just the last 50m to the house is gravel road.

"magnificent mountain hut"

All the amenities that you may need. wifi, hot shower, aircon, mini kitchen, shampoo, traditional Okinawa music (on cd player). All this and yet you are surrounded by wildlife in the middle of a forest. With a car it is about 2 hours from Naha. It is a good base from which to explore the north of the island. Eg seeing the water falls and daisekirinsan (beautiful park with amazing rock fomations). We had a welcome gift from the hosts and Mr host showed us to the local observation point whilst telling us about the local area. This was so much fun! They have three cute dogs and cats too.

No negative experience here. We recommend not arriving at night since it could be difficult to find in the dark.
