Hostal Doña Mercedes

Location is great. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming! There is a cute little garden where you can read or just hang in the hammock. Breakfast was delicious and good portion.

Our room was facing to a street which was a bit noisy at night.

Great kind staff and an excellent location. Enjoyed just chilling out and the breakfast in the courtyard was very nice too.

I was very lucky with my lower (and larger) bed in the dorm and I slept well. But feel overall room was as a bit small and lacking in privacy for the price.

Cute, oldfashioned, small scale hostel,the kind that brings in mind the pre-social media era. Lovely small inner courtyard full of plants. Speedy wifi and comfortable matress. Staff are well mannered.

Our room(with private bathroom) was looking tired,with very used pillows and towels. The walls are paper thin,bad luck if other guests are noisy. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall it represents rather poor value for money,certainly worth less than the 41$ we paid per night.
