Hostal Doña Mercedes

Breakfast was good and there was a nice little outdoor area with seating to eat it at. Wifi was fast. Staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The place is secure as the door is always locked and you have to buzz to be let in every time. Location is great, very close to the central square. They offer tours to do the 7 Waterfalls hike.

No air conditioning (but they did have a fan in the room which was helpful).

staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is our second stay, and I love it because is like visiting family. The do provide a quiet atmosphere for a good night sleep. However, it is next to street and traffic starts early (they can't do anything about that). Breakfast is great and coffee is great too.

location if great to walk around Juayua. Staff is friendly and helpful and can give you directions to visit other towns nearby. You can walk to town square, market and a little lizard museum (you can take pictures with snakes and turtles). If you like coffee - take a trip to MAJADA. Staff can help you make reservations for a tour or just visit store. You will get a taste of coffee with your breakfast. (great coffee)

breakfast was great location was good over all it was a great experience. Really friendly staff and made sure our stay was going really good.

Location is amazing, warm shower and cute area for breakfast, staff did not speak English but were very kind and friendly, has a homestay vibe

Had a lovely stay at this property. The place was clean and comfortable with nice communal spaces to relax in. The owners were really welcoming and helpful for organising tours etc. It felt like you were staying in a family home (with lovely dogs)!
