Lovely Cozy Studio in Heart of Atlanta

Very cute. Clean and warm.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great! Short walk (around 10 minutes) to multiple food locations, short drive (around 10 minutes) to Midtown where a lot of attractions are (Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, etc.), medium distance walk (around 20 minutes) or short drive (5 minutes) to Zoo Atlanta. Definitely an up and coming neighborhood! Other reviews speak negatively about the neighborhood and seemingly unhoused people hanging around, but I was not bothered once by anyone on my many walks. You have to remember that this is a city and there will be people around :) On-street parking was available right in front of the main house, which was very useful. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The bed was very cushy! The full size fridge was great for bringing snacks and drinks, as well as to store leftovers from restaurants. The host was very kind, helpful and communicative. Check-in instructions were sent to me on the day of arrival. I would stay here again!

Very easy to find, clean and had everything you needed.

It was a little bit dodgy arriving from a certain side of the road- but I was a solo female traveller who was walking by herself. I’d recommend taking Fraser st down to the property and all would be fine! If arriving by car you’ll be totally fine, it was only I was arriving close to dark and wasn’t used to the area.

The host locked me outside on my second day here 23rd of June, I called both booking,com and the host. No one responded. I video recorded this incident and my messages to both booking.com and the host. The fact they both ignored me shamelessly and refused to acknowledge this breach consistently allowed me to raise complains with multiple government authorities and my bank VISA. We will fight them until I get my money back including me having to change my flight and the cost that incurred with that! So thank you for so boldly displaying your shameless cruelty.

I booked this place for 2 weeks and could only stay here for 1 night. There was a horrible stench in the sheets and the host refused to change them. And by horrible stench I mean will make you vomit. I had to wash all my belongings and I cant believe humans can live in that. They locked me outside the apartment on 23rd of June which was the last straw, with my belongings and the host only unlocked the apartment after I told her I am video recording this. She did not reply to any of my messages regarding this. I left immediately. I have sent booking.com video of this incident and how awful my stay was and they are refusing to refund me and hope that I understand. You cant rob me of $1500 while I have all this evidence against the host and expect me to understand. Booking.com has gone downhill and I will fight for my money. I am not a charity institution neither will I allow someone to scam me like this, treat me so poorly. Avoid this place, this is a scam listing and the host is horrible, cheap and an absolute helmet. She was never available for calls or emergency, she never replied to messages.
