Lovely Cozy Studio in Heart of Atlanta

We loved that the property was so comfortable and cozy the neighborhood was quiet and laid back wasn’t no problem at all.

I liked everything about the property no complaints

I never made it inside! I arrived in ATL at like 11:40 pm, searched and booked this listing a few minutes before 12. I believe 11:56? So even though check in was till 12, I assumed since I didn't book the place until 5minutes till and didn't get the address till I booked, there would be some wiggle room. WRONG!! I booked an Uber immediately after booking. Went straight to the property. Arrived before 12:30. Never received check in instructions, no one ever answered my calls or texts. Since listed check in time by 12 and I was minutes after 12, BOOKING. COM sided with the owners and refused to refund me. Even the cleaning fee! Disgusting. Haven't booked with this site since. These pp should be ashamed of themselves! Let me book the property 5min till but refuse to let me in for being late 20min later. Thieves.

I started with the "what I did like" section cause this wouldn't be long enough! What kind of ppl leave a woman, traveling alone, outside on the street in Atlanta at midnight? These folks! Instead of apologizing for not hearing their phone & refunding my money (at least! I was also out an Uber there and back), they gave me a lasting impression of ATL by refusing my refund siteing that my calls/texts asking to check in 1st started slightly after 12. The qst message i sent requesting late check in was also unanswered. So it wouldnt have mattered if i got there at 11:45 or 12:15 they didnt hear the phone. But these moralless greedy ppl were fine with stealing from someone. They woildnt even return the "cleaning fee" despite never letting me and not needing to clean! AND because you can't check into a hotel after 12 because that calender days check in is 3/4pm, I couldn't go anywhere! Like, if u go on the site at 1am and book a room you can't check in until that afternoon. I spent all night/morning at the ATL bus station, where was literally a ******* SHOOTING outside (seriously! Google my stays date & read all about it!) Worse, booking.com sided with them following the check in rules to the letter instead of using common sense. If you don't mind risking losing over $150 or want to take a chance being stuck alone on the streets of a unfamiliar city instead of in the house u paid for go ahead and book it! Good luck, naviagtingvthe soulless greedy owner!

Advertised about courtesy to our neighbors and we had people in the backyard next door that didn’t live there, homeless and drug addicts up and down the street yet complained when my Family smoked cigarettes near the property and have to park on the street when the have parking

Well presented and easy to get into, the instructions were clear and it’s got everything you need for a stay in Atlanta. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! Very accessible to Downtown Atlanta, less than 10 mins drive.

It feels like a rough neighbourhood, with a lot of homeless people hanging around on the corner of the road. There’s no off street parking available (despite being advertised as “free parking”), so we did feel uneasy about leaving our car there at times.

Everything was just perfect! We were in town for the DCI southeastern championship and this spot was in PERFECT distance. Also super close to the aquarium! Thank you for hosting us!
