The hostess was incredibly kind. She looked after us so well. The building is magnificent, starting with the mahogany staircase to the embossed ceiling. The rooms are elegant and classy. Everything we could’ve asked for. The hostess made it 10/10

The staff (Lina) was extremely friendly and helpful. She directed me to a nearby café for a delicious lunch. She was also able to provide me with excellent directions to the bus station.

I would like to have stayed longer and seen more of the neighbourhood.

Great room and great staff. Lina is very caring and helpful. The location is excellent. The room with its own bathroom is very nice. The stay was pleasant.

Sometimes it was impossible to get to the hotel due to the absence of Lina on the spot, I had to wait in the rain for half an hour at the entrance to the hotel. The sound insulation of the windows is very poor - one glass in a wooden frame, even without a standard double-glazed unit. The evening and night in a busy place of the city are very noisy, the windows overlook the road. The windows don't turn out the noise at all, sometimes you get up in the morning broken.

Fantastic friendly staff

I had no idea until I arrived but its shared bathroom. There’s a bidet and a sink in your room. No toilet or shower. Why a bidet??im annoyed because there was no indication about sharing a toilet and shower in the listing.
