For the stay in the property, a credit card will be required from the check-in, and it will be returned to the check-out of the reservation. This as a guarantee that guests do not damage anything on the property or any element of the property. If the guest damages the property or any element of the property, the cost will be charged to their credit card. This property does not allow parties or wedding groups. Guests may experience some noise disturbances from 22:00 to 10:00. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge of €200 which will be shared and agreed upon during check-in. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of booking/check-in/check-out.
