La ubicación es EXCELENTE (a 50 mts de Gran Vía) y conectado con todo. El personal muy amable y las habitaciones acordes.

No hay nada que no me gustara, pero como sugerencia colocaría la posibilidad de contar con un frigobar en la habitación y de ser posible insonorizar las paredes (se escucha un poco las otras habitaciones) pero nada que pueda afectar la estadía
