Everything and almost perfect

We can see rubbish like plastic bottle, plastic and some other items in the sea from our balcony

The outdoor area was AMAZING. so beautiful and spacious. You could see the skyline of Pattaya all lit up at night. Room was cute and very well decorated.huge fridge, speaker, lots of cute add ons. Comfy bed.

The hotel (the entire hotel) ran out of water as soon as we tried to use some. Broken translations meant we had no idea when it would be turned back on. Apparently their tank had run dry, and they had to literally purchase water from the mainland to be ferried over 😒 I found this really irresponsible, considering they didn't check the tank before we checked in for two nights? Another couple who had just checked in were also affected. We waited all afternoon. Since there is no reception, we were at the mercy of Google translate to ask the woman who cleans the place what was going on. She couldn't say for sure. There is no 'check in', just a woman who hangs out and gives you the key to your room, and she doesn't speak English. We wondered about breakfast as it was included in our room, but nothing was said about it so we had no idea where, when, and what would happen. Breakfast was brought to our room about 9 am and it was bacon, eggs, sausage, toast. I'm veg so couldn't eat it. It would have been nice to be able to communicate this with someone at the hotel and discuss an alternative.

just the entance of it is so bad and not clean at all...anything beside that is fabulous
