All amazing

Location and size of room was great, clean and great breakfast

Booked the room specifically because of the hot-tub facility and water ran cold the whole time. I understand not easy to have hot or even warm water but don’t advertise it as hot tub. It was a bath tub with cold water

Great room, great breakfast that they serve to your room, friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say. Room is even prettier in real life than on pictures!

Amazing guesthouse with full amenities. My family and I had a wonderful day here; the environment is truly great, and it's very quiet around. The entrance is a bit hard to find (as it’s located between local residences). The view from A1 (sea view suite) is the best, with a great sunrise, and the breakfast is also fantastic. The bus terminal is not far from here, with many songthaews available to take, costing 20-30 baht each time. However, be aware that the latest service is at 6:00 PM, and you can walk to the pier.

Room was clean. A lot of amenities were provided.

This room was not at same standard when compared with other rooms in the building. Finding the property and the path is not that great.

The room is ideal for a couple that would just like to chill out for a couple of days. The breakfast looked really good, but I don't eat breakfast. They bring it to your room on a tray. Sitting on the terrace is a highlight with a good view of Pattaya.

No safety deposit box. There is little to do after about 6pm as most of the restaurants closed and its a bit of a ghost town. I was not expecting that for a popular island.
