One of the nicest stays I've had in a long time. The room itself is beautiful - thoughtfully decorated with real attention to detail, and the bed is genuinely comfortable (always a good sign!). Everything was spotlessly clean. The location couldn't be better: direct bus from the airport and right next to the train station, so getting in and out of Bologna is completely effortless. But honestly, what made this stay truly special was the host. We had a late check-in and she went above and beyond - left incredibly detailed instructions on how to find the place, and even put water in the fridge for our arrival. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and genuinely made us feel so welcome. Would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Bologna. Highly recommend!

I wanted a place close to the train station to facilitate getting to airport. This was exactly that. Delicious pizza place around the corner.

The room was a little tired. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders.

I've had the greatest experiece with this property. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room, the bed, the bathroom are all sparkling clean. The bathroom is very generous in size, and the flat has a nice balocny. Fridge, AC, shower - all work perfectly. Check in and check out were very easy. The location is superb - few steps away from Bologna centrale, conveniently linked to airport (Marconi Express), half an hour walk from the old town. Perfect for the short stay in Bologna.

I can't think of anything, but maybe keep in mind that this is not a hotel to avoid any disappointent. I knew it isn't, so I was perfectly happy.

The woman who aided us with check in was increadibly sweet and accomodating, she gave clear instructions on how to access the room and it was easy to get in and out of the property. It was located very close to the train station as well as many parks and restraunts and there was even some live music nearby which was a pleasant suprise. The shared bathroom was well maintained, the facilities were incredibly clean and the water pressure was good and the water got hot which is always nice. We had free bottles of water in our room. We had AC. Everything was perfect.

The only thing I might change is the lack of fridge, but that would only be an issue if we had been staying for a longer amount of time I think.

Stanza ampia, pulita e ben curata. Direttamente dietro la stazione centrale, in posizione ottima e tranquilla. Gli infissi isolano perfettamente dall’eventuale rumore della stazione. La signora che gestisce la struttura è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile. Esperienza da ripetere :)
