This is the first time in my life that I have given a hotel a perfect 10/10 rating. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was exactly as described in the listing. There were no surprises—only positive ones. I stayed in the en-suite room called “Queen Room" and I can honestly say that it was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I travel quite frequently, so I have experienced many hotels over the years, but the level of cleanliness here was truly exceptional. I would also like to give special recognition to Cinzia, who works at the hotel. She was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me everything I needed to know, making me feel welcome from the very beginning. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent accommodation, spotless rooms, and truly exceptional customer service. A well-deserved 10/10!

Aparte gedeelde badkamer niet ideaal

c=Super close to train station, yet tucked back in the building so was very quiet. Room was clean and comfortable, Great bathroom. TV, fridge.....AC

I didn't stay out after dark because I wasn't sure of the neighborhood But, no complaints - seemed fine. It was a bit hard to find, but Cinzia was helpful and responsive when I arrived - in directing me where to go.
