Very poor surroundings and the rooms very shoddy. The pictures on the Website are deceiving...

Good location very calm place, no traffic noise Helpful staf. Safe parking, clean room, hot shower, clean service every day, they. Have good food fordable price, recommend this hotel for any one want good place to stay in Kolkata

Only good thing : Room is spacious, with a working table and two chairs, a Wardrobe and a balcony (which has no use actually). Room and surrounding are clean. Location is near Biswa bangla gate. Jatra gachhi flyover. But surrounded by slum area, road is very bad. This location is not shown in Google Map. Food is average.

Amenities are very poor comparing to its price. 1. Odd location, Google Map doesn’t show the Hotel address. Their Staff also confirmed this fault. 2. The hotel has NO LIFT, (so aged person faces difficulty to use staircase.) **This should be mentioned in their property-Details column of MakeMyTrip / Booking.com 3. Bathroom drainage system is bad, water logged under basin, where there is only one hole to pass the water. 4. They could not provide Electric kettle but provided hot water from kitchen. 5. Food is average. No Bislery or other popular brand water. Only local brand packed water. 6. Mobile network is poor, PhonePay not working due to poor network. No scope for card payment. Only Cash or phonePay. There should be every alternative payment option in a hotel which is made for corporate personal. 7. Every plug point is broken in 101 room. Inserting Charger is quiet difficult. Even bathroom door lock is also problematic. Handle Screw broken. After personal experience I felt Booking sites Reviews were Overrated.

The owners of the property are humble and gentle guys and pick up every call and provide everything we require. All the service boys wearing T-shirts and helped pick up/drop luggage/drop from the car even without requesting.
