Clean rooms and good service

The location is a bit interior from the main road but cabs can reach so no issues

Very courteous Manager and very comfortable room. Value for money. A little out of city though very much accessible. Food is good as well as it can be ordered within the hotel at reasonable price. Would stay here again of course.

Washroom facilties....shaving is a bit difficult ....they can provide some tray or similar to store toiletries....water drain was slow.

Very clean and comfortable environment. All the staffs are good and well behaved. They are very helpful. I suggest everyone to come and checking here.

Dear Owner, I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your establishment, on 23.09.2023, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding an issue that has left me quite perplexed. During my stay, I was surprised to discover an additional charge on my bill for stains on the bed sheets. I must emphasize that I did not cause any such stains intentionally and the stains are quite removable with a normal wash or a bleach wash if needed which standard is followed by every hotels, and I find it unjust to be held responsible for them. I would like to bring the following points to your attention: 1. Upon check-in, there was no mention of any potential charges for damages or stains to the room's amenities, including the bed sheets. 2. I treated the room with utmost care and respect, adhering to the standard rules and guidelines expected of any responsible guest. 3. Staff member informed me of stains charges terms and condition on the bed sheets during check-out in a very indecent and monopolised manner just like a street vendor by Prakash Rao. I believe that this charge is unwarranted and unfair, and I kindly request that it be refunded. I value my experience at your hotel and hope that this issue can be resolved promptly to ensure my continued patronage and positive word-of-mouth regarding your establishment. Please confirm the removal of this charge. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
