Very responsive owner who called me to help with checkin as I booked at the last minute after another hotel cancelled. Perfect location and nice view from the balcony, Well equipped studio

I travel all the way from UAE to Kutaisi with my partner the hotel is very clean everything is clean and new . honestly The owner is very kind and hospitable all the things you need it's there . The locations is very accessible and I got a wonderful view and also for cooking everything is there so you can cook as well
