Great location, nice and clean property. It’s spotless! Looks like a brand new apartment. Even laundry dryer is there.

We loved our room with its river view and view of bagrati cathedral and across the town. The room was a good size with a large bathroom and a bath. Great to have a small kitchen also.Wash machine is down the hallway and very handy. Excellent quality of cleaning with good quality sheets and towels. When back in kutaisi we will try to book.

I would make all areas non smoking

The location of this place is absolutely perfect - in the heart of the city, right next to the White Bridge, with a beautiful view of the city skyline and the cathedral on the hill. The room, although small, was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the help of the host, who organized a taxi to the airport for us, which made our trip much easier. This is a great choice for people who want to be close to all the city's attractions, while enjoying a cozy and comfortable place to relax.

AC was somewhat noisy and pillows too hard
