You can enjoy the wide beautiful scenery of the town from this room. I love it very much. If I were a digital nomad, I would like to stay longer and do my work at this room enjoying the scenery. The room including bathroom was very clean and comfortable. I think it is not easy to find the entrance only with the address, but the host gives you the detailed information and with that, you won’t be get lost.

The kitchen and bathroom did not drain well. I am not sure if it was just a coincidence or always. My room was a little far from the Wifi router and sometimes it was slow.

Location was excellent. Property also has own elevator. The bathroom was excellent, brand new and spacious.

The room size and balcony was very small but still cozy.

The communication with the host was direct and really friendly, check-in went flawlessly, we were welcomed very warmly and had everything we needed at our disposal. The host was very helpful when we needed to find something. I had been to Kutaisi multiple times before and I must say that the location of this hotel is simply perfect. Walking proximity from all the main landmarks, 2 min to the nearest supermarkets, coffeeshops, iconic local eateries, parks and the river. The room we had offered a fantastic, almost panoramic view (considering the balcony).

Nothing to complain about really. Minor maintenance issues didn't cause us any trouble, so for its price the accommodation is perfect. Sound isolation may be lacking between the rooms, but again, we had no problems because of it.

- Only negative was the walls are paper thin, there is zero soundproofing, can hear even quiet conversations! Otherwise very nice place!!

The owner is helpful. The room is clean. The location of the hotel is good.

It is an apartment type accommodation on the top floor of a building. The room was different from the photo and small. We couldn't even find a place to put our belongings. There is an unbearable smell of damp. Expensive considering its possibilities.
