Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Close to the city center. Owner speaks english well and helps guide you if needed.

Toilet bidet was broken and wasn’t working properly. Extremely steep roads to the hotel. No complaints about the hotel apart from the toilet but we were overcharged by the driver due to miscommunication and ended up paying 3 times the original amount we thought we agreed on. Came for our honeymoon but Wasn’t helped by anyone for this either. Definitely affected our entire trip.

It was a comfortable stay. The guest house consist of one floor with six rooms in total, mostly for couples of solo travelers. There is a common pantry and living room. The pic of the terrace is exactly the same and you can see the stretch of Kutaisi from it, which is a floor right above the rooms. Food was fine. Me and my mom stayed for three nights and during our stay, there wasn't anyone else around but us so the entire floor was ours!

Our heater didn't work and that's an essential thing during a winter in Georgia. However, the AC worked just fine.

Very friendly owner, room was clean with a cute little terrace, breakfast was good. Not to far from the center.
