Guest House Royal Comfort With Terrace

Perfect owner, she was very nice and able to speak in english. Really comfy terasse with nice view, free tea and coffee, some see saws and chilling spots everywhere!

The bathroom might be a little bit cleaner.

The staff was amazing, the terrace and view from it was nice. Breakfast was amazing. The room overall was good size, clean, comfortable. Very good price value.

I would not say that I didn't like it, for me it was not a problem, but for older people it might be a little problem. On that side of the river there are no shops or convenient stores. The closest is in 15-20 min away and you need to go up and down hill bought ways.

Very kind and and warm hospitality

The guest rooms at this Kutaisi hotel are immaculately clean with supremely comfortable beds. The staff go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs, unlike other hotels where I've stayed. Their excellent service makes me eager to return again in the future. An added bonus is the in-room coffee/tea amenities, perfect for sipping a hot drink before heading out on cold days. The owner, Ms. Natia, is incredibly helpful and provided us first-time visitors with all the Kutaisi information we required. Her assistance was much appreciated. Overall, the hotel's spotless rooms, thoughtful amenities, and outstanding customer service from Ms. Natia herself lead me to highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Kutaisi. It truly exceeded my expectations.

Amazing Breakfast

The host was very helpful and kind and the breakfast was excellent. We originally booked one family room, but received two twins as she thought that would be more comfortable. That was very nice of her. She also informed us that they were able to help with transfers and excursions. Location is very close to the cathedral and only a few minutes away from the center, however, it's up the steep hill and most of our drivers had problems reaching it.

The heating was not working properly and as we were unlucky to be there when it was pouring for the entire days, our clothes and shoes couldn't get dry till the next morning. Downside was also that there was no separated shower or a bathtub, the hose is attached to the wall so one needs to be careful not to soak the toilet paper and to spray the entire bathroom.

The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful; the location is picturesque with a beautiful view and the room was clean and comfortable.
