Guest House Royal Comfort With Terrace

Big room, nice terrace overlooking the city and river. The kindness of the owner, Niati is top notch. They serve breakfast which is a plus.

The wifi is good and the owner organised airport transfer for us both ways for decent price (50 GEL one way) for 6 person. Also the view from the terrace was nice.

The first day we've got information that the breakfast is at 9 am or we can ask to have it at 10 am or 11 am instead. As for Georgia where you have to go long distances to see some interesting places 9 am breakfast is way to late! The last day we had flight at 11 am so we had to go to the airport around 8:30 am, we asked to have breakfast at 8 am since we were with children and would be good to give them some food before going for a few hours airport journey and flight but we've got information that it won't be possible! Which is crazy to be so strict with such crazy rules. We had to skip breakfast this time and two times before as we had to go for a long car drive and eating at 9 am was too late for us. And this place is not place to eat lazy late breakfast and hang out there as there is nothing special and nothing to do in the building. Of course we have paid for the stay with breakfast included but it would be nice to tell your guest before that the earliest possible breakfast is 9am. Also the toilets without any shower curtains/glass separating it from the rest of toilet where water is pouring on everything around you, and they were really small.

Nice terrace, beautiful view. Quite convenient location, few minutes by walk to city centre. Owner was waiting for us at the arrival, spoke english well

Room wasnt very clean, questionable sheets change Some green light from the garden was blasting through window all night (there are curtains but than you have to choose between ventilation and dark) Breakfast was quite basic and late (from 9 am), no time accomodations

Good hotel, quiet, clean, hearty breakfast, low price. There is a refrigerator, stove and microwave.
