Location was magnificent on the hill..many birds..view on the river.. The owner mama Natia is a wonderful person. All family members are very friendly. They try to comply to everything you would like.. Free coffee n tea..drinks ( from the fridge ) very economical. 15 mins walk to the city center, 15 mins to Bagrati cathedral. ( uphill )

People who leave early make a lot of noise..

Localisation was good, not to far away from the city center, very close to the Bagrati Cathedral.

The room was different than what the pictures promised. The wallpapers were peeling off due to humidity, AC controller nowhere to be found and the bathroom was just terrible - dirty, stinking of sewer and urine. It was just unacceptable, even for the low price.

Clean room, have more space to relax. Provide free tea and coffee all the time. Not too far from Green Bazaar. Breakfast was also good with egg, sausage, bread, jam, cheese and butter. Should be perfect by adding some fresh vegetable, such as cucumber and tomato. Natia is very nice. She speaks English well and willing to help whenever we asked any questions.

This guesthouse is located on the hill and it is a bit tired to walk up the street to reach the guesthouse.

- The room was clean. - The host was nice. - You can use laundry for free.

- The location is not very good, a bit outside the city on a very steep street. Not comfortable to walk there at night. - The mattress is very bad. You can feel every string in it. - A breakfast was soo poor. 2 types of salami, boiled eggs, bread, and jam, and the same thing every day. No vegetables, no fruits, no milk, no variety. On our last day, we even did not have almost anything to eat because it was 5-6 guests more than on the first day. (we had been on a breakfast at the same time as the previous day) - No curtains in the bathroom so after the bath everything is going to be wet. - The light in the room was so weak that, for example, reading a book in the evening was impossible.
