設備の古さや、階段なので荷物大きい方などは、大変かも (口コミを見れば納得済み) ドミトリー上級者向けです！

Appartamento pulito dotato di tutto il necessario ed in una posizione eccezionale. Accoglienza molto gentile. Ottimo soggiorno.

Bien ubicado, yo me quede dos noches pa salir del paso ya que no había mas hoteles.

Realmente nada a criticar para lo que es, hay que tener en cuenta a donde vas desde que hacemos la reserva... ya todos sabemos lo que vamos a encontrarnos cuando compartimos habitación así que todo muy bien la verdad para lo que es.

They use false marketing. I paid for a 20 sq m room with private kitchen, shower, dishwasher, coffee machine and much more. I had a room of about 13 sqm without private kitchen, shower, dishwasher..... I had to go down one floor to use a toilet. I paid for a lot of things but they were not there. There was a nice picture of a common-room that dosen't excist. I feel cheated by this hostel. They changed it on bookings website after my arrival. But they did not refund my money. The price is way to high. It's not very clean. The staff can be hard to find. I have nothing nice to say. The beds are to hard. Wi-fi not super.

My stay is comfortable there and it is near hakata station nearly 10 minutes walk

The guests stay there makes so much noises even any one is sleeping, they do not bother to make noise.
