Great apartment, really central location, really big size. Also came with washing machine which wasn’t listed. Very nice!

Localização muito central.

Alguns apontamentos de limpeza no apartamento que podiam ter sido evitados (chão mal limpo, cabelos na cama, produtos de limpeza em cima do balcão das refeições). Para quem tenha dificuldades de locomoção tenham atenção porque o prédio tem 5 andares e o elevador não funcionou durante todo o tempo da nossa estadia - pode fazer sentido questionar o proprietário sobre esta questão antes de escolher este alojamento. Para quem tenha dificuldade com a língua inglesa pode fazer sentido referir que este proprietário apenas falou em inglês, mesmo eu enviando questões em português - para um apartamento em Portugal, podia haver maior cuidado.

Le bruit de la discothèque le dernier jour

Very spacious and central for Funchal town. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good local bar across road. Good price for over new year period. Daria was very helpful when we couldn't get tv to work.

Lift was out of order. We were on 4th floor so stairs were challenging especially with luggage.

The apartment is excelent. Huge room well equipt kitchen. The location is also exeptional. In the oldtown. The communication with the host was on the one hand good, because it was easy to find the apartement and to get the key from the keybox. It was a great help from the host that we got an information about some parking houses nearbay. We chose the Santa Luzia parking house. The dayli fee is 5 EUR. On the other hand there was a problem with the communication regarding the elevator.

We are an elderly couple. We were told that there was an elavator in the house. On arrival we found the elavator was out of order. We informed the host and 12 days long it has not been repaired. ( I quess that it is longer out of order.) The staircase was narrow and steep. It was very difficult to carry the big suitcases up to the apartment on the 4th floor. I suggest the apartment only for younger people or for ones with only backpacks
