Good location. Appreciated the early check in.

Bed was not comfortable. Did not like having to check out so early.

Ótima casa, bem localizada, espaço em excelentes condições.

L’appartement était très spacieux et confortable pour une famille La vue incroyable sur Funchal et l’océan L’happy hour pour les boissons chaudes:top (même si aucune communication a été fait à ce sujet, on l’a découvert le dernier jour)

La propreté de l’appartement aurait pu être plus soignée, il y avait des cheveux et poils sur les escaliers de l’appartement Le personnel que j’ai croisé ne savait pas sourire (ni parler anglais) et lors j’ai demandé deux fois une facture à la fin de mon séjour, aucune réponse de la part du service client.

we've been in Madeira for 2 weeks and with this accommodation I had the worst experience. 1. be aware that you'll need to pay extra fees (10€ cleaning fee and also a tax per person). fees that usually should be already included in the price but okay 2. when I got a message from hotel concierge, he texted me "Welcome to Madeira Luxury villas", so here is the list of not luxury things we had in "luxury villa" - hairdryer was not working - we were waiting next to the door when the code for it would be activated (because it's activated only after paying all extra fees) and it's been activated only after a call with concierge - even with the closed window you could hear the cars from outside quite good - after our check out I got a message from CBA at 9:40 am (check out time is 10 am) if everything is okay and if we are feeling comfortable. AFTER OUR CHECK OUT. my message that it's too late and that the hairdryer was not working and I really hope it'd be better for other guests was ignored. Overall, I won't stay in this accommodation ever again, since all my experiences with other accommodations were positive except this one.

Die Lage war super zentrale in Funchal (5 Minuten bis in die Altstadt). Wir konnten alles perfekt zu Fuß machen. Die Suite war sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Hatten eine kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf Funchal. Es war ein Pool und ein Aufenthaltsraum mit kleinen süßen Details. Auch die Verfügbarkeit zum Anbieter war jederzeit möglich und kam eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Bereitgestelltes Besteck/ Geschirr war teils nicht richtig sauber, hatten aber die Möglichkeit es zu spülen. Der Straßenlärm / Lärm aus der Bar war in der ersten Nacht sehr laut.

Good location and a short walk into the town centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the pool. Swimming pool was an added benefit for a cold swim in the morning. There were some biscuits available throughout the day.

Lovely location, excellent clean facilities, beautiful pool area, and the decor was beautiful , with some very nice touches such as complementary coffee, cake & biscuits in the morning in the lobby from 8am to 10am , and a little tipple of local Madeira sherry if you fancy!

Its on quiet a steep hill and walk to the town and marina for anybody with mobility issues, but the taxis are reasonable.

Very nice flat with all commodities. Nice location with marvelous view on Funchal by night. Bed comfortable and a nice swimming pool. We recommend CBA suites Madeira.
