La chambre était grande et propre, conforme aux photos.

L’hébergement demande des frais supplémentaires via WhatsApp (10 € + 4 €), non indiqués sur Booking. Pas d'accueil physique sur place. Malgré notre confirmation de paiement, le code d’accès à la chambre n’a pas été envoyé avant réception du justificatif PayPal, alors que nous venions d’arriver sans batterie et sans accès Wi-Fi. De plus, le montant demandé via le lien PayPal était supérieur à celui annoncé initialement dans les messages WhatsApp. Étrange également que ces frais n’apparaissent pas dans les échanges Booking mais uniquement sur WhatsApp..Pourtant, un supplément de 14 € peut être déterminant dans le choix d’un établissement par rapport à d’autres hébergements affichant un prix similaire.

Номер просторный.в фойе бильярдный стол.вино и десерт.постель хорошая как и матрац.

В номере грязная мебель.уборка:только выбросили мусор и заправили кровать(оплата отдельная!если вы назвали номер -"супер люкс"то пусть он будет дороже.но соответствует названию!а так это просто большой (по площади)но простой номер с видом на море.но без балкона!окна при этом очень грязные!.просьба о долгосрочном заселении проигнорированная(типо уборка!но чистоты там и не было(в номере на первом этаже слышно соседей на третьем этаже(((

"If I visit Madeira again I'll book CBA suites again!"

Great location- easy walk to the marina. It was nice and quiet and very clean. Contact with staff via WhatsApp was excellent. They provided lots of information and responded immediately to any questions we had. We loved the swimmimg pool and the pool table! We had booked here based on a recommendation from friends and I'd also recommend it.
