Struttura molto accogliente. Personale disponibile e reattivo per qualsiasi dubbio o problema; ho effettuato il check-in autonomamente tramite istruzioni precise e dettagliate. La camera era davvero spaziosa, vista sulla città di Funchal dalla finestra della zona cucina/pranzo e della terrazza con piscina, dalla finestra della camere. Ho soggiornato 5 notti e la camera è stata pulita fornendo asciugamani nuovi e cambiando il letto. Gli ingressi sono accessibili tramite codici che vengono forniti in fase di check-in. Un peccato non aver potuto usufruire della piscina per maltempo sull’isola. Consiglio caldamente un soggiorno qui. Se ricapiterò a Madeira, tornerò sicuramente!

size of room. Extra towels and toilet paper in bathroom. Location. Cookies in the lobby.

Ants in the kitchen, slamming of doors by guests, banging noises (perhaps the washer and dryer?) I'd still prefer a live person concierge instead of texting.

O apartamento tem dimensões ótimas e está bem equipado. A localização é incrível. Estacionamento muito perto e gratuito na Rua do Jasmineiro. Espaço exterior da piscina muito bonito e cuidado.

Taxa de limpeza, uma vez que estivemos 4 noites hospedados e apenas um dos dias foram ao quarto e não foi sequer feita troca de toalhas que estavam molhadas no chão do wc. Antes do check out ainda nos foi solicitado que levássemos o lixo.

Sehr gute Lage, man kann zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum gehen. Der digitale Check-In hat gut geklappt.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel wäre nicht möglich gewesen.

Mooi ruim appartement op loopbare afstand van het centrum. Heerlijk zwembad erbij.

We vonden de matrassen nogal hard. Een topper op de matrassen zou al een heel verschil maken.
