Beautiful House & Garden . Delicious Breakfast. Paola is a wonderful host & gave us valuable advice regarding the Cinque Terre Villages & the different options of how to explore them.

My wife and I absolutely loved this B&B. If we are lucky enough to make it back to this area of Italy we will definitely book this awesome place. Owner is absolutely amazing. Thank you for your kindness.

Location wonderful. Paola a great host. Breakfast was great. Rooms wonderful with terrace.

Paola was very friendly! Our room was big and clean. The air-condition worked very good. The view to the sea was amazing and stunning. The breakfast was tasty and the Cappuccino amazing. You need a car to get to Levanto. But that was no problem,because there is enough parking space. We really enjoyed our stay and we were sad that we only stayed for three nights. :-)

We stayed there for three nights. Fantastic place and fantastic host. Strongly recommended if you want to visit Cinque Terre

The mountain view was great, the fresh natural air sitting looking out.

The host. The host smiled once when we arrived then was a rush; wanted to rush us into giving info about the area and trains when we arrived and we had to tell her wait for the rest of guests to be present; when finally all together, didnt care to get everyones attention and started talking to only one of the 4 in the group; she also said we could get food or whatever we needed and eat there, (never said “eat outside only”). Nothing no one would like to experience after 9hrs flight and 2hrs drive from Milan; when the night came and we needed to eat at a table, she watched us on surveillance cameras, we missed her call so we called her back, reprimanded us for using utensils and a table after us having to drive 30mins for a supermarket, screamed on phone for opening a draw and using utensils that we had intention in washing, we attempted to go in a room to clean after ourselves but only possible if would have only offer a kitchen sink. Instead of accommodating us she called and said we didnt get the info clear of what is available. It was meant only to sleep and have a breakfast & she said we can eat on a table outside (with mosquitoes and not in the indoor table). Next day we didn’t care to have breakfast after that uncomfortable incident; We traveled from Milan to enjoy a quiet stay and visit Cinque Terre but we didnt complete our second night and left in the afternoon; also, if youre looking for a place to rest, you wont there, because you can even hear the conversation of the other rooms upstairs and on the sides; you can hear the flush and drains in bathroom; the entrance is very tight for cars to drive up without scratching car, had to walk up hill and carry luggage’s ourselves. When my husband texted her we were leaving, she didnt call him back (who texted), same that reserved and paid full for all guests (both rooms), she called the one that speaks italian, when she actually speaks english as well. This property is spotless, modern, set in wonderful gardens and with a working heated jacuzzi, garden furniture, sunny and shady areas to relax and enjoy the views. Breakfast was delicious, coffee abundant which is always a plus for me, served under a wonderful pergola with kiwi trees. The garden is amazing with fruit trees and flowers. Our room had a lovely big balcony with deckchairs and a sun umbrella, we could also lie outside and look at the stars. The owner was polite and precise in her communication.
