Please note: the last 492 feet for accessing the property are on a narrow uphill road which has an average width of 2.30/7.9 feet. After having parked in our car park, halfway up the hill, it is necessary to continue on foot for about 230 feet. Large Vans, large or low cars may have difficulty accessing and be forced to park on the side of the road at the foot of the little road.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The place was beautiful very clean and comfortable The host was amazing and helpful Breakfast was amazing all fresh and delicious The views from the hotel and sunsets are stunning If you are in levanto don't book another hotel , only this one

We had a great stay, staff was kind and communication was good. Breakfast was excellent with home made cake and tarts and our children loved the outdoor space A car is necessary to arrive to the place, but we enjoyed the 10 minute drive to Levanto down the hill. It is advisable to have a smaller car as the driveway to the parking area is narrow, but we didn't have any problems.

"Exceptional Place with Beautiful View"

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location of the hotel is breathtaking with an awesome view to Levanto village and the sea. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable and we had everything what we needed. Great choice of breakfast and a beautiful garden. Paula, the owner of the place, was very kind and very supportive. We honestly felt like at home.

Paola was wonderful! She contacted us before and during our stay and was very clear with check in instructions. Her place is beautiful and has amazing views. Her homemade cakes are delicious. We look forward to returning soon!

We truly loved staying at this cozy bed & breakfast. This place is a little gem on the Italian coast. The host Paola is very friendly and kind. Situated just 10 minutes from the center of Levanto with spectacular views. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities and everything is well maintained…. it was a perfect stay!! Do not hesitate in staying here, great place to visit the Cinque Terre area!!

"Amazing place and scenery with a great host"

Paola the host was amazing, the view is just perfect, place was clean and welcoming, the garden is beautiful with a hot tab, but the most great thing is Paola which did everything for us to have an amazing visit, we would for sure comeback for more than just 1 night
