SELF CHECK in APARTMENT IN CENTRAL HALIFAX

It was quite a central location so easy to access and lots nearby

The rooms weren't very clean, no tea and coffee making facilities, the pictures on the booking looked to have kitchen facilities but couldn't locate them, shared bathroom was filthy, loud residents in and out but the main problem was the key coded doors went down so I couldn't get in for ages

We were given an access code to the door for the room which didn't work, but a couple of mins on the phone this was sorted, internet access was good, although shared the bathroom was clean and spacious, smart-tv was ok but didn't use it much

Shared bathroom for 3 rooms per floor, we had no hot water for a shower, no toilet roll in the bathroom so had to get our own (we did not know we would have to do this when booking), no tea/coffee making things in room which ad stated there would be (all we had was a bed, 2 sets of drawers and a wardrobe with 1 hanger) dirty bedding, broken window blind so had to stand on the bed to wind it up by hand, bed was uncomfortable, radiator in room didn't work, very thin pillows, bedside drawers were broken but did not really need them as was only there for 2 nights so just lived out of our suitcase, no proper parking but a carpark up the road (£1 for 10 hours) access code for flat entrance was same as our room entrance - easy to remember but worried all other rooms next to us had the same code
