"What a Freezing Dirty Hole"

Room was freezing and heating never came on after being told it would at 5pm. Summer quilt and flat pillows made it a very cold uncomfortable night. Carpet looked like it had been used as a toilet on numerous occasions, one mark looked suspiciously brown. Barefoot walking was out of the question. Power socket was hanging off the wall and the blinds were filthy. And to cap it all when going to the loo in the middle of the night found someone blocking my way sleeping on the landing. Oh and no toilet paper in the bathroom
