Everything was very nice: the staff, location and cleanliness. The room was basic, but had everything you need and was clean. The guy was very helpful and friendly and the views from the breakfast and balconies were just outstanding! There was even a public balcony on the second floor for everyone, very handy if you have a room on the back like I did. The location was great too, very close to the airport, you reached all destinations across the island within an hour/hour and a half, it was a very short stroll from lots of beautiful restaurants and the beach! Felt very welcome during my stay! Would definitely come back here again if I come back to beautiful Madeira!
