We were not provided the rooms that we booked. Staff was rude and arrogant. Too many mosquitoes

Amazing accommodation, clean, good price and very nice staff. We went surfing with the owner Saman in the morning, he gave us good tips on where to eat and overall the place is in a great location. A few steps away from the beach, between different streets with restaurants and shops, but it's quiet and calm place. Highly recommended! We stayed for a week and would love to come back one day.

As someone who travel solo on budget, this place has everything i need. Stable water heater and air conditioning is the best. Big room too! I book to stay for two night but stay for three night instead because its so comfortable staying here. And mirissa beach only few meters awayy. so pretty i dont want to leave

Great location and friendly staff. Room was cool and the wall mounted fan was more than adequate. Price very fair as it is at the budget end of accommodation.

It is definitely budget friendly, unfortunately the bed is not comfortable, it was SO HOT IN OUR ROOM. We tried to sleep with window open but there is so so many mosquitoes. If you jsut need a bed and nothing else it perfect. Otherwise wouldn’t really recommend.

Beautiful place to relax, I stayed in a room with its own balcony, I really felt at home. Very quiet and comfortable space, terrace and balcony to the palm trees, kitchen and fridge, everything you need for your stay half a block from the beach. I spent 3 weeks here working and enjoyed it very much, I would definitely come back. Saman the owner is a sweetheart, super attentive and friendly, always willing to help you with anything you need, he took me to the bus stop with my bags. I highly recommend it! thank you!
