Sweet Emotion

The host are great Bed is very comfortable Bathroom is nice, perfect shower And everything is very clean We recommand to book the massage there, even if it’s more expensive, it’s high quality and worth it

I have stayed in many places around Sri Lanka, but my favourite one is Sweet Emotion. The hosts are exceptional and very helpful. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is wonderful. I bet you that you cannot find a better place for the price they offer, a great value for the money.

Host provided us a free breakfast even when we booked a room without breakfast.

The owners took us in around midnight as we were fleeing a roach infested hotel. We were very grateful. The room was clean and the shower had hot water! (something we discovered is rare in Srilanka). It was very comfortable.

It's a little hard to find, which might be a google maps issue, the first time we put in the adress it sent us 150 km away. But no worries, it is in fact in Marissa, around 4 minutes from the beach by tuk tuk.

Location, close to beach, friendly helpful staff, big room

Bathroom would have benefited from a shower curtain or screen. Mosquito net would have been helpful.

The room was very clean and spacious. It an ok location close to the turtle beach and walking distance to the city.

The price was a bit too high for the standard, not the best value for money. The hostess very nice but less attentive than in other places where we stayed, not a problem though.

We had a great vacation! The guesthouse is in a quiet location, nice well maintained courtyard. The rooms are spacious and comforatable, everything is new. There is not even a hint of damp or mold - which is very rare for Sri Lanka. Everywhere is very clean, every few days they clean the rooms and change towels. The hosts sometimes treated us to local fruit or food. Highly recommended!
