Perfect stay, the hosts a wonderful. The place is clean, great value for money. I would definitely come back! Overall, I had a lovely stay in Mirissa and only recommend this guesthouse.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sweet Emotion! The name truly matches the place—it’s all about sweet emotions here. We fell in love with the owners, Ganga and her husband. They welcomed us with such warmth and care that we didn’t feel like we were staying at a hotel; it felt like home. The atmosphere is so cozy and heartwarming. From the very first day, they surprised us with a beautiful gift basket filled with pineapple, bananas, cookies, and even coconuts. Throughout our stay, they treated us with coconuts, juices, and on one occasion, even a delicious breakfast as a gift. It was such a kind gesture that made us feel truly special. The room was fantastic—newly renovated, with a strong internet connection and excellent water pressure. We had no issues with water temperature or flow, which made our stay even more comfortable. The balcony was one of the highlights—we loved sitting there, especially in the evenings. The view was beautiful, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. The courtyard is charming and cozy, and the location is simply magical. It’s perfectly situated between Coconut Tree Hill and Turtle Beach Bay, just a 5-10 minute walk to either spot. This makes it an ideal location for exploring these iconic places while still enjoying the peace and beauty of the jungle surroundings. We often saw wildlife like monkeys, peacocks, and squirrels along the way, which added to the experience. For anyone planning a long stay, this is the ideal place. We stayed for 20 days and used the kitchen, which was very convenient. The place is perfect for feeling at home even when you’re far away. Thank you so much, Ganga and your husband, for your incredible hospitality, warmth, and care. We hope to return again someday! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and unforgettable stay.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel - the best we’ve had on our travels around Sri Lanka. It was super clean, the bed was comfy and the views from the balcony were lovely. A perfect home away from home to get a good nights sleep and relax after time on the beach. Ganga and her husband welcomed us when we arrived with a coconut, which was a lovely touch. They were really helpful with anything we needed for our stay. We recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning a visit to Mirissa. We hope to come back one day!

Very pleasant area. Spacious room. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom has hot water and good water pressure, the air conditioning works very well. Very nice, smiling owners
