There was A LOT OF MOLD in the room. When you cane into the room you could already small the mold. It was late so we had to book another room because I am pregnant and have asthma. We agreed with Alessio that we get our money back. Then he told Booking.com that we were lying and we never saw our money again! Please do not book at these people!!!!

The host was very kind and helpful, everything went super smooth!

It was my second time here. It’s a good price quality deal and it’s really close to the city center.

Limited natural light, can be a bit noisy.

The easy access to train station and to the restaurants and cafes

The bathroom! We had a broken dispenser of shampoo and shower soap,we asked them to fix it but none came until the day we left

We noted several times that we chose the best possible accommodation, it has a very good location, everything was within walking distance! We got adequate information on how to get in. The room was very clean, the bed is comfortable. The street is busy and noisy, but the balcony door insulates well, so we could sleep well. The last day the host allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after we left, this was a very big help for us.

Maybe should have more options to store our belongings, for example shelves and hangers on the wall. The bathroom has no ventilation. But overall these things didn't affect our perfect stay, so I can recommend this accomodation!

Location

The location was great however room was dark, not very cosy, bathroom there was almost no light, the lamp barely worked. Nowhere to put stuff. The entrance to the building was scary, many stairs to take your luggage. In general the pictures looked much better than reality, was acceptable for 1 night but we wanted to get outside asap

Great location, easy check in, clean apartment. Host is very kind and helpful .
