Very comfortable and spacious room

Only negative point is it gets very noisy on weekends for the room with the external bathroom

The room is in an old building, on a partly first floor. With four part stairs to climb, nothing hard so easily excesive with heavy luggage. You have a shared enterence, with a normal room door with keys for enetering the room. But is quit private. The location is perfect, especially for people who love night life. The street is loud, but the windows are very good and at night you can't hear the voices and bars near by, only in the morning you can be awoken by the car horns, but that is Palermo, for me nothing bad. Good money value for experiencing Palermo.

The bathroom is a bit old and improvised and the bath cabin is really small.

The room was great and really clean. The location was right at the center and although it was at the busiest street it was quiet with the windows closed.

Great location. Central to most cafes, bars and tourist attractions.

Check in was late. Still cleaning at 15:15 .. told to come back at 15:45.

The staff is very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. What we love the most is the location—right in the heart of where we wanted to be. Just over the road, there's a fun local area to eat and drink. It's lively and full of young (and well-behaved) people. My husband and I had an amazing time having some drinks there. There are quite a few coffee pots free to use which we appreciated very much. Nice touch, well done. :)

The kettle required a deep clean - thick limescale, which was unfit to use. The chairs on the balcony also needed some wiping. They were full of dust.

It has a great location, self check in, very comfortable bed, it was really clean and the owner was always available through the booking app. It’s great value for money. Highly recommended!

Perfectly clean tiny room close to the city centre. Communication with staff is amazing, I got all needed information momentally.
