Much much better than expected. Very large and clean bedroom/bathroom, super friendly owner. We even get a breakfast that was lovely prepared for us. Much place outside, even a private beach with fantastic views...

"We loved Balmoral Skye!"

We really enjoyed our stay with Rodney and Janice! They were extremely welcoming and lovely to talk to but also left us to it for the remainder of the evening. The house was just down the road from Portree (around 25 minute drive) although we decided to stay at the house with our packed lunch as the garden and views were amazing and we didn't regret it. The room and bathroom were a fantastic size and we had the amazing view from our window. The continental breakfast provided was lovely too, we enjoyed it after a peaceful nights sleep. We would definitely recommend Balmoral Skye to a friend!

Fantastic location, beautiful sea view, every small detail is taken care of. The owners are very kind, the place is super clean, quiet and full of small details for guests comfort. The facility seems recently renovated and the shower room is definitely new and comfortable.

Everything was perfect, just consider that the last 3 miles to get to Balmoral house are on a very narrow road!

Location - we were 10 minutes from Portree and our spacious room overlooked the ocean. Loved the little extras in the room. Comfortable bed. Great hosts.

Incredible location with a super kind host to match! Janice was so attentive, warm and inviting. The property was very clean and comfortable. It is down a beautiful and long one-way road, so it feels like you have the island all to yourself! One of the most beautiful views in the backyard, too! Don’t forget to whistle for the seals!

Fabulous location. Gorgeous pebbly beach a 2 min walk thru the garden. Fabulous hosts. Everything you could need supplied. Continental breakfast supplied. Really comfy room. Lovely decor. Less than 10 mins to Portree.

Absolutely nothing. It was wonderful.
