Location was excellent, host was very helpful, assisted us in getting laundry services figured out.

Having a private room.

Bathroom was not clean. Poor value for money. Not enough bathroom facilities for the number of guests. I had to share a tiny bathroom with an entire family.

The room was a great size with great finishes.

The hallways and lobby could also be updated.

We exchanged message days before and they said that was possible to arrange a parking, with no extra charge. But when I got there in the day the pension is in a street where cars do not get in. I tried to call them many times and no one picked it up, I message them and no reply. So I got going around with the car for half an hour until I could find a spot to stop it to then can reach the pension walking. There in the pension when I explained all the above to the receptionist some how she took it personal saying it wasn't her fault, that she didn't know who I had spoke to, that their telephone was no working properly there and it was not possible to arrange any parking. 0 empathy and 0 comprehension, besides to create an unexpected problem.

Location was great.

Stairs up to reception and to rooms with no lift. Lady at reception was quite rude. No matter the reason staff should not speak to their guests in the way she spoke to me. Her and her alone is the poor rating.

Very basic but clean with comfortable bed and in a central location. 24 hour concierge checking that only guests access the property

Shower leaked

The location is perfect, I can walk around to everywhere. The room is big and clean.

I need to give the key to reception everytime, when I go out. And reception need to open the door of the hotel everytime when I go out or when I return(as an introvert person, it's inconvenient to ask them everytime). Staff are kind except that they can't speak English, so you need to use Google translate to communicate with them.
