Worst experience ever

I reported that the heating was not working at 4pm when I tried to use it. The attendant could not fix it and said I should wait for the manager. I waited 4 hours and when no one showed up I asked for a refund planning to change hotel. I was offered tiny heater which could not heat much. I was forced to spend the night with my 82 year old mother in unheated room with outside temperature of 3 degrees Celsius. A sleepless night fully clothed with constant noise from the rooms next door cost me 65 EUR

I dont recommend with family....for the value that i paid for the room was not worth.

Great value and close to many bars and tapas restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff on site to attend to any needs including late check in and early check out

It was basic but great value for money

- Great location - good value for money (don't expect to be perfect or very modern, but for what you pay is very good) - beds very very comfortable

We knew from beginning and expected it, but this is what I recommend to be solved, so the owner can ask for more money - pretty old - shared bathroom - doors look like they will fall apart

Situated in the heart of Seville, very close to all local attraction, exceptional clean room
