There is no wi-fi into the room. No soap, shampoo, mirror, towel. Everything is so dirty. mold and dust everywhere . Zero services. Location in the middle of nowhere.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely hope this feedback helps the host improve and provides other travelers with an informed choice. I booked this place and arrived to find no one there. Without WiFi, I couldn’t call, but thankfully, my taxi driver was able to contact the property for me. After waiting around, a worker who was busy with construction simply pointed me to a room. The room itself was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the pool was nice. However, the door didn’t fit the frame properly, there were no basic amenities like soap in the shower, and most importantly, there was no staff presence. No one spoke English, and when I reached out for support, the host informed me she lived far away and couldn’t assist. There’s no option to hire a scooter on-site, and Gojek or taxis are extremely rare in this area. If you have your own transportation, it’s a safe and clean place to stay—but I’d highly recommend contacting the host in advance to confirm someone will be there to greet you. Overall, the lack of hospitality and support was disappointing. The host either needs to improve their management or consider taking the listing down.
