Remarc Guest House

It was a perfect stop before we headed home. We flew into Stansted at 00:30 and couldn’t face the 2hr 30min drive. We booked this and was so pleased, the staff on the phone were so helpful. It was comfortable and clean and very close to the airport.

The rattan garden furniture chairs in the room. No cushion and uncomfortable. Nothing else!

Außer die Betten war nichts gut .

Recht primitiv und schmutzig .

Poco o niente, discretamente comodo all'aeroporto ma comunque bisogna prendere un taxi per arrivarci (taxi 22 sterline andata)

Non abbiamo visto personale ma abbiamo solo parlato al telefono, la camera famigliare che avevamo prenotato arrivati sul posto non era disponibile perché non erano presenti le chiavi nella struttura. Così ci hanno dato due stanze separate, purtroppo in una delle due c'erano una decina di ragni nelle pareti.

no information was given before the stay.so we had to find our way then call. we had no kettle so we were unable to have a hot drink on arrival after a long day. even though i called to ask they said trhey would get me one so we waited after a long wait i called and they said i would get a kettle in the morning again no kettle there was no light in the parking area and i hit the side of my car . the outside of the premises looks really bad and the inside is very worn out
