the bed was comfortable.

To many things to say. It needs some serious attention and quite honestly should have guests until it’s had a lot of work done on it. We didn’t feel safe, random people came knocking on the door, there was no manned reception or staff on site. Cobwebs and dirt everywhere. The surrounding area is a rubbish tip. Basic at its very extreme. It definitely shouldn’t be offered as a place to stay by Booking.com or any other site.

We ask for double bed room but the bed id too small for me and hubby

No enough milk and its only coffee no nibbles for a traveller

we didn’t stay here. couldn’t find anybody around , when we did , I asked to see the room . this is not a pleasant place at all . i would put this as a hostel type . we refused to stay

No towels or toilet paper in our room and no staff around to help, Woken up just after Midnight to help a lady who had just turned up and couldn't get into her room because there was no staff so I had to help her myself.

My brother couldn’t even get into guest house as there was no reception. So unable to call to get code . Had to walk back to airport and wait for trains to start running . So he had to attend our mothers funeral without having had a sleep. He also called them a few times before flying to check things out and they left him holding for 10 mins then they ended called . So spent money for lots of stress and no where to rest.
