Jagat Villa Guest House

I recommend staying here. Rooms are good size, clean and location is prime. Best hot water shower I have had in my 5 months in India. Family that live here are wonderful and so friendly. Everything is close by.

The hotel is located in the Old Town very close to important attractions. There are many different cafes nearby where you can eat delicious food. The hotel owner is attentive to the guests. The masala tea they prepared for me was one of the most delicious. Vivek organized a one-day trip for me and showed me several interesting places located quite far from the city.

My room did not match what I booked. the bed in my room was uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic and the staff made the stay memorable

The internet signal and quality was very weak in my room. I only got signal at the room door. Sometimes the internet router went off. There was an electricity outage as well.

Everything :-) I didn't realise it was a homestay and that made it special. They also came out and met me from my taxi past midnight and welcomed me. Lovely family and room massively worth the price. Also the best shower I have had since I have been in india.
