Orange Balangan Bungalow

Everything was good. Rooms are a bit older, but spacious and comfortable. Ants like to get in, but it wasn't anything terrible (just be aware if you have some ant phobia or whatever). The outside area was very nice and the staff was very friendly.

The area itself is a bit isolated and it takes quite a while to get most places due to narrow, winding roads with bad traffic. Obviously not the fault of the homestay, but consider that if you would need to travel into town a lot.

Comfy beds, very clean, looks like on the pictures. 2 really good Warungs in 3 min scooter distance. You need to rent a scooter to get around- that’s for most places required. 10min to balangan beach, 15 to Dreamland. (This accommodation in a central place like Padang Padang would cost the double)

-The room was a big size. -The staff were very nice people.

-The room was full of ants. -The hotel is in the middle of no where (but it’s fine if you rent or scooter or get grabs)

The pool was a great bonus, big and comfy beds

Quite a lot of ants and various bugs in the bathroom but not really an issue/not the property’s fault

there was a small shop right next door and good outdoor seating

The pool wasnt that clean and the drains in the bathroom smelt terrible
