Had a really nice stay, in a quiet location bit easy to get grab / taxi and only takes around 10 mins to the beach x

Sheets are not very clean, staff was not very helpful

Stayed here for one night; its ok. Clean, small pool and quiet.

The garden was well kept.

My friend and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our room was infested with ants, which made staying there impossible. To make matters worse, there was no one at the reception who could speak English, so I had to try and explain the situation to a staff member who didn’t understand that we needed the manager to issue a refund. After waiting an hour, the manager arrived. At first, he agreed to give us a refund and even offered us another room. However, after going to the ant-infested room to clean it, he returned and claimed that since it was now “clean,” he would no longer issue a refund. Eventually, he called someone else and said he couldn’t process the refund due to an EFTPOS issue, which felt like an excuse. By 10 PM, we were mentally exhausted, frustrated, and left with no choice but to take a Grab to another hotel. The entire experience was perplexing. The manager’s behavior was dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disingenuous.

Room was in bad condition. The sheet and the towels were smell so bad. Location was so bad. The place is located out of the city.

I had pretty good stay. Good wifi, working area, comfortable bed, bedsheets was clean. Maybe shower wasn't perfect, but still ok. Good-looking area around. I got a feeling that if you need a room cleaning it's better to ask Yep, location is a bit far from ocean or anything... about 30 min on foot But there was no problems with Grab Not so far there are couple of nice warungs and supermarket with all basic things you might need

Dirty kitchen area and nasty fridge. Annoying micro ants, who was trying to settle down in my laptop 😭 and hunting my cookies

Confusion with a missing bag left out front of reception, worker said he never saw it within the 2 hours until I returned. I don’t mean to accuse anyone but was hoping he would have at least seen something as someone is always there everyday.
