Roof top view is best. Rooms are also fine for the price.

Room service is pathetic to be honest. They didn't have a door mat for the bathroom and when asked he said it is gone for washing and will be available in the morning. I asked them the next afternoon still they said it had not come. TV was not working.

Pros (1): - Good Location: most of the tourist attractions are closer to the hotel stay.

Cons (6): - Found out that our room was on third floor (fourth according to US) and it was very difficult for my mom and me to climb up every time we went back to hotel (there are no lifts). This is mentioned in the hotel description so be aware. - No water bottles were given, neither glasses to drink with. We had to ask for them. Even water bottles were initially given on a chargeable basis. Later we requested to make it inclusive of room rent since it’s a basic necessity. - There is no almirah to keep your trolley bags, stuff, etc. We had to keep most of the things on the floor. - There was no kettle for hot water (given it was winter and I was travelling with my mom) so we had to ask for it on first day. Next days we kept the water bottle inside bucket filled with geyser hot water in the bathroom to get warm water. - During breakfast, on all days, some things present on their menu were not available or took more time to cook. On day 2, we asked for more curd which they hesitated to give initially saying its limited with the paranthas but later we said, we can pay for it and then got it. On day 3, there was no tap water coming in the basin nor in the bathroom/toilets causing inconveniences. - The toilet doesn’t have a vent/exhaust fan causing foul smell to stay back. There was no stool given, no bathroom door mat, no soaps given initially. We had to ask for these things. The flush also doesn’t work properly at times.

Just the location.

The bedsheets and blankets were not washed, Blankets were smelling of urine. No parking on the premises but we found local parking which was 700m away was ₹250 per day. The toilet seats were unique with advanced features of shaking, toilet seats were not properly cemented to the floor. I visited this place during winters and the convenience of hot water was not good, has to leave geysers for an hour wait. On asking for a bonfire the person denied us to provide us with bonfire but other hotels and stays they all had great services of bonfire/ heat on terrace to keep you warm during winters. Good place for reasonable price, city palace and old city attractions are at walking distances. Owner was very helpful he came and helped us to accommodate the comforts.

Great location and pleasant rooms. Powerful ceiling fan which was good as the air conditioning kept switching off. Nice staff.

The sheets were all stained. The WiFi and air conditioning kept switching off and at one point the water cut off for about 20 minutes mid-shower.

This place is at the very heart of the old city and just besides jagdish temple. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you get auto, etc very easily. Bagode ki haveli is very near to this place. . The staff were very courteous and polite. Besides the awesome location, affordability, it has one of the best lake views in the area. The rooftop restaurant offers amazing views. it has a very good spot for viewing sunset. You can see till the very end of the sunset from the rooftop. Cold breeze and quiet ambience at the top makes it very serene.I would love to come back to this place.
