Friendly and English speaking staff

No curtains in the room and spiders in the room.

Located near the border, spacious room. Not far from the town center. Very clean. Big car park. Kind and helpful receptionist.

The room is in style of 1970s. There's a lamp on a bedside table but no socket to plug it in. We had to set TV channels.

Close to everything!

The shower in the bathroom is on my knee level it’s very weird. And the whole place is out dated

The property is in a good location with a lot of property.

A while After getting checked in, there was knocking on my door. I initially ignored the knocking as it was late at night. It wouldn’t stop so I answered the door. A member of staff barged into my room after midnight. I was sitting on my bed wearing just underwear and they sat uncomfortably close (never mind not being invited in to the room). They made me get dressed and go back to reception to change rooms which took another 20 minutes. To summarise: massively disliked the invasion of privacy.

A welcoming hotel on the outskirts of Zagan. It was a bit of a pitstop for us between Colditz and Krakow but we wanted to see The Great Escape tunnels, Tom, Dick and Harry. It was a bit of a slog walking from the train station with our bags on a Sunday night, but we were welcomed with a couple of cold beers outside before bed!

The room was comfortable and great value for money. A good en suite and very quiet. Not massively keen on the decor, but for one night, it was definitely fit for purpose

Breakfast is a standard European fare, decent selection of cold meat and cheese. Fresh bread, fruit juices and some hot dishes. Dinner menu very good, very fine Goulash soup. My room was perfectly OK considering the price, so no complaints.

The main building, which is shown on the Booking.com website, is NOT the Hotel Okatex, but the Hotel Willa Park. It seems that the Hotel Okatex is in the complex outbuildings, and yet shares the dining facilities with the main building. If raining, a wet walk for meals! At breakfast, the coffee machine never delivered anything other than coloured water.

The location is perfect! Close to everything and easy to find. Right by Orlen gas station and McDonald's. The area is absolutely breathtaking and so peaceful!! You can really relax and rest there. The hotel has an awesome, old-fashioned, mysterious vibe and beautiful furniture. The bathroom is amazing! Spacious and comfortable. The shower was the perfect size and shape, too. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. Just perfect! :D The garden was so lovely too! It's the ideal place to stay in Żagań.

The people were cheerful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was tasty and a good value

The hotel was dated with the room showing wear and tear. The walls were in desperate need of fresh paint . Disappointed there was no elevator. Lighting on the stairway was dim and i used a flashlight going up and down

So... I have stayed at this Hotel Many times I ever time enjoyed every stay that I have had thete.... So what to I like... I like everything about this place... The Beds are very Cumfy, Every room that I have had has been always very Clean, The Staff is Always very helpful, It is in a great location, Just a short walk to the city.

MmmmM... I can not think of anything... The staff is multi lingual. And always so friendly.
