Room was clean and really comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have had in a motel before. Really easy and convenient check in also.

The room was a breath of fresh air. Clean, loved the huge TV (didn't need glasses to see the screen), and bed was super comfy. Staff absolute 💯 lovely. Location just perfect across the road from the river. Impressive all round. Will definitely be returning next time in town.

What a hidden gem! This motel is super clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location close to the river. The small kitchen is well equipped and we loved the small treats left for us. Only 30 mins to Ohope Beach and even less to the Rotorua lakes. Highly recommend.

"The Motel is great and Staff excellant but not Booking.Com"

I didn't like having Booking.Com organising my stay They are a rip off and I will never ever use them again. My stay was cut short, by the business client, and I gave 48hrs notice that I only needed 3 nights not 4 but get charged $271nzd to cancel the last night. A very bad taste has been left with me.
