"Für 2-3 Tage in Ordnung, für länger ist es zu laut"

Die Lage war super, das Personal total nett und das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber.

Die Straße davor ist sehr laut. Mein Zimmer lag direkt über dem Eingang, sodass ich jedesmal geweckt wurde, wenn jemand gekommen oder gegangen ist. Dort ist über ein Sensor eine Klingel die sehr laut ist. Ich habe dort sehr schlecht geschlafen, trotz Ohrstöpsel.

Even though the staff had a little bit difficulty (or no ability at all) to communicate in English, they were super friendly and made a decent effort to be understandable. Overall, clean room and comfortable beds. Great location as it is only a few steps away from the main square.

The room smelled really bad when we arrived, and that smell didn’t go away. Also, no heating in the room, but Arequipa has decent temperature at night so this was not that much of an issue for us.

Joli patio et terrasse / espace commun. Chambre spacieuse. Bonne situation à 2 blocs de la place centrale. Assez calme.

Eau tout juste tiède dans la chambre du bas (celle avec le lit queen size). Petit déjeuner peu copieux. L'une des 2 personnes de l'accueil peu aimable et peu aidante pour résoudre le problème d'eau chaude. Pas de clé pour accéder il faut sonner parfois longtemps avant que quelqu'un ne vienne ouvrir.
