Good location The lady is nice

Doesn't look like hostel, it's more like room in people house, you have to call each time you wanna arrive while they could give you the outdoor key or put ring and automatic door system. Lot of noise all night due to work in the next building, impossible to sleep.

The place is not what they advertise

The hosts are really friendly! Always smiling and very helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable and clean. The shower was warm. It’s about a 10 min walk to the main centre. It feels safe around the local area.

I booked a single room and got an upgrade to a spacious double room. Big shower / bathroom with hot water. WiFi worked well. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live on the 3rd floor of the building . Very centrally located. From the ourside the building doesn't look very promising, but inside it is tidy and quiet .

Very few Tv programs

The room was really spacious, the beds were comfortable and had nice thick blankets to keep you warm as it can get chilly at night. Wifi worked pretty well most of the time. The staff were so unbelievably kind, they let us check in early after our night bus and then we had a night bus to Cusco and they let us stay in our room until 6pm at no extra cost on day of our checkout. It was so cheap and excellent value for money, and around 12-14 mins walk from the main plaza and attractions.

It is a little dated but this is totally fine as it is clean!

La amabilidad del personal, me permitieron ingresar a mi habitación previo al horario de check-in, guardar parte de mi equipaje mientras realizaba el trekking en cañón de Colca y hasta el horario de mi bus de salida de Arequipa. Habitación amplia y ducha con agua caliente.
